Video Tutorial: Lynn Creates Multi-Colored Clouds with PanPastels and the Heidi Pettie Cloud Stencil

We're happy to close the month with a wonderful, easy to follow video tutorial from Lynn!

In this quick little video Lynn will show you how to create beautiful fool-proof multi-colored clouds with the Blue Knight PanPastel Day & Night Palette and the Heidi Pettie Cloud Stencil.
